Our Mission

Who is this program for?

Our comprehensive program is for students who are in 12th grade or have recently graduated from highschool, up through age 21. Our program aims to mentor and educate young adults as they work to discern their gifts, talents, and affinities. Students who participate in our program will immerse themselves in coursework, apprenticeship, and ministry as they learn about how to apply the Gospel to their life and to their work.

What is the coursework?

The coursework will consist of studies in Bible and Biblical worldview thinking, financial management, computer essentials, business structure and ethics, personal development, leadership, and entrepreneurship. We will also work to develop a mindset that encompasses problem solving, coach-ability, goal setting, teamwork, reliability, godly habits, and a heart of service as they are encouraged to bring every thought captive to Christ in all of their work.

What is the apprenticeship program?

For the apprenticeship portion of the program students will work within a local Christian owned and operated business to learn about the mission and structure of the business in which they are serving and develop both technical and interpersonal skills needed to achieve competence, confidence, and a sense of professionalism. Additionally, students will be encouraged to develop and utilize the interpersonal skills taught within the coursework to demonstrate accountability, a “can do” attitude, a positive work ethic, and contribute to the overall success of the business with an entrepreneurially mindset.

What is the ministry component?

Lastly, we will provide ministry opportunities within local mission organizations. Each student will be required to volunteer at local ministries that promote the love of Christ and service of the church. The goal of this service is to contribute to gospel work within the local community, gain a sense of the broader church and humanitarian needs, and develop a greater sense of compassion as students grow in an understanding of how to fulfill the two greatest commandments to love God and love others.

Our Deep Hope

We are committed to equipping students to live out the Gospel through intentional service in their local communities. Each student will engage with local mission organizations, actively volunteering with ministries that embody the love of Christ and the mission of the church. This service is not just an activity but a calling—to participate in Gospel-centered work that meets real needs, fosters unity in the broader church, and addresses pressing humanitarian challenges. Through these experiences, students will cultivate a deeper compassion and a vibrant understanding of what it means to love God with all their heart, soul, and mind, and to love their neighbors as themselves.
